Music

Before the filmmaking, I was into music. I consider myself a bit of a late bloomer. Back in the day, I would listen to the Sunday morning top 40 countdown. In the 80's I developed a love for progressive rock, I didn't know there was even a term to describe what my ears liked so much. But I loved Yes, Rush, Genesis, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd. And I also loved the new instrumentals coming out of Miami Vice, and Jan Hammer. I tried to emulate Jan's work, which didn't sound much like his songs, but did help me create the building blocks for creating songs. Over the years, my style is still very much progressive/new age/instrumentals, but I have a serious love for soundtrack instrumentals, like Thomas Newman and Hans Zimmer. Piano, strings - classical sound. It has a lot of emotion, which I love!

Fast Forward, and I have now started to release (or drop) my songs in the music platform universe.
